Great chapter meeting tonight! Thank you to Lasenta Lewis-Ellis, President/CEO of LLE Construction Group LLC and Karen R. Jenkins, President/CEO KRJ Consulting LLC for their presentation and discussion on Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.

Tonight was fall scholarship award presentation night! Congrats to all eleven award recipients and good luck in the upcoming semester!

It was nice to see so many guests on the call that included our national incoming Vice President, Lauline Mitchell and members from Roanoke & Charlotte chapters on the call.

Our chapter’s own April White, CIT teaching her first Plumbing Level 1 class as a MMAC (Midlands Mechanical Apprenticeship Coalition) Instructor. Changing the plumbing industry through education. We are proud of her and MMAC for all they are doing!
